Please watch out for coyotes! Keep your cats indoors and look ahead & listen while walking your dogs. We have been told of pets being picked up from their own yards. Please be on alert at all times.
1. In the summer months NEVER leave your pet in any vehicle. It can cause severe dehydration and may even be fatal.
2. Did you know that chocolate can be fatal to your pet? If you suspect your pet may have eaten even a small amount, call your vet right away.
3. Never give human medications to any animal before checking with your vet.
4. Keep your vet & after hours emergency vet hospital numbers handy (On the fridge and in your day planner).
5. Check your Pet Sitters references and always set up a "free" interview to be sure everyone gets along.
